All Saints has a very active outreach program!

Being a Christian is about who we are and what we do. We have many ways to volunteer as we reach out to help others in our community and our world. To All Saints, that means investing our lives in service to those in need – in our community, and the world.

Here are some of the ways All Saints makes an impact in the community around us:

Food Pantry (open 10-noon weekdays or by calling the Church office).  Donate food items or money, help stock shelves and pack boxes for distribution.

Crop Walk: An annual community walk which raises money for world hunger and local needs.

Aurora Warms the NightHelp donate, prepare, and package meals to feed the homeless.  During the summer, there are opportunities to serve in person as well.

World Hunger/Lutheran World Relief Gifts: All Saints gives hundreds of dollars to world hunger and LWR relief efforts around the world. LWR is one of the first responders to world and local tragedy. 100% of your gifts go directly to them.

Lutheran Family Services: Provides school supplies for refugee children.

Holy Hammers: Raises money and recruits volunteers to build at least one Habitat for Humanity house a year.  We partner with 5 other churches (Holy Hammers) and help build houses in this area. We also do several fundraisers throughout the year.

Good Samaritan Fund: A fund set up for those in the community with emergency needs.

Quilting Group: This group of dedicated volunteers makes 20-30 quilts each year to give to Lutheran World Relief.

Holiday Baskets: Provides holiday food baskets for more than 40 families.

Little Flower Assistance Center: The Little Flower Assistance Center assists over 2000 underprivileged/needy members of our community with food, clothing, job searches, job placement, money management, and budgeting skills.  Each Wednesday, Food Bank of the Rockies trucks deliver food and supplies to the Little Flower for distribution to the needy.  However, before that can happen, these trucks need to be unloaded and the food and supplies need to be sorted.  That is where the All Saints Men’s Group comes in.  We now consider these unloading, sorting, and bagging tasks to be our “standard duties” at the Little Flower Assistance Center.  Further information about the Little Flower Assistance Center is available via their website: http://www.foodpantries.org/li/catholic-charitieslittle-flower-emergency-assistance-center.

Men’s Ministry: Men growing their relationship with Christ through fellowship and service to others. Great opportunity to join the monthly meeting.

Faith Divas: Enriching women’s lives, engaging the community and growing the church in an open and honest environment. Faith Divas gives opportunities to participate in bible studies, activities outside the church with non-profit organizations such as Family Promise as well as opportunities within the church.  Bible study is on the 2nd Saturday of the month at 9:00am via Zoom.
