All Saints Sunday School is fun, creative, and engaging. If you have any questions or would like to register your kids for Sunday School email us at info@allsaintsnet.org.

Helping our children learn of God’s love; growing their knowledge and understanding of his message to us, and learning to participate in worship and service to others is our goal. There is a space for everyone!

Children’s Sunday School Spring Activities

Spring has been all about apostles and disciples. What is the difference between them. Our goal is to move from discipleship (being a student) to being an apostle (messenger).

1. We created shields for ourselves (like superheroes) and gave our group the name FoJ (Followers of Jesus)
2. We studied stories of different apostles and disciples
a. Saul’s conversion to Paul
b. Philip and the Ethiopian
c. Peter’s Dream
d. Lydia

Kids Sorting Shoes

Last week, our Sunday School children sorted and packed over 60 pairs of shoes you’ve donated so far for their Sunday Service project. Thanks kiddos! We appreciate your hard work and hearts for serving others.

All Saints Kids made a Lent Tree!

The Lent Tree displays symbols of all the things that represent Lent: praying hands, egg, rocks, cross, bread and cup.

Wise and Foolish Builders

Check out our Wise and Foolish Builders craft!

In this craft, we learned about the men who built houses on sand and on rock. The house built on rock withstood storms and wind.  In this lesson, the kids saw what happened to the house built on sand when Miss Cindy poured water into a bowl with sand!  This teaches us about having the stability of Jesus in our lives.

Faith Family Tree

Check out our Faith Family Tree craft.

Birds represent people of faith who have taught us about faith but are no longer living.

Leaves represent people who taught/teach us about faith and are still living.

Resurrection Gardens.

Sunday School worked together to make Resurrection Gardens for our congregation.  They turned out fantastic!  You can find them in the narthex.  Great job!

Shepherd on the Search

Fun with Shepherd on a Search!

Shepherd on the Search is a fun way to celebrate the birth of Christ! Our shepherd spends the weeks before Christmas looking for the newborn baby. Each Sunday during Advent kids can find shepherd hiding around the church as he makes his way closer to the manger until Christmas Day when he reaches the manger to worship the baby Jesus.

Advent Wreath Craft

All Saints Kids made Advent Wreaths in their Craft Lesson!

The wreath as a whole is meant to remind us of both the immortality of our souls and God’s promise of everlasting life to us in Christ. The candles also have their own special significance. The four candles represent the four weeks of Advent, and one candle is lit each Sunday.

Wise and Foolish Builders 2

More Learning about Wise and Foolish Builders!

In this lesson, we continued to learn about having the stability of Jesus in our lives. After reading the story of the men building houses on sand and losing the house and the man of faith who built on rock, we tested our ability to raise our feet of the ground when sitting in a chair versus sitting on a ball.

Solomon's Temple

We are currently doing a series of lessons about Building in the Bible.  On Sunday, November 7th, we read the story of Solomon’s Temple.  We talked about how Solomon built the temple as a place for God to live.  We looked at pictures of different temples and then we designed our own using Tinker Toys, Lincoln Logs and Duplo Blocks.
